You Can't Hide (book #5) - Karen Rose Tess is a great psychiatrist, she cares about her patients and really wants to help them, when she pronounces a man mentally ill who killed girls the police department turns against her. They don't get to her fast enough when she is brought in to talk to a killer; she almost dies and is left with scars around her throat. Now someone is trying to destroy her, they are driving her patients to commit suicide and framing Tess for it. Aiden is a detective and hates her as much as the rest of the detectives, until he gets to know her. Aiden finds out Tess is not what she seems, he wants to protect her and keep her. I loved this book, the characters were well crafted, they were not superficial, and they had a depth to them that made them seem like real people. Aiden and Tess had an intense chemistry that smoldered throughout the entire book. The twists and turns in this book had me glued to my kindle, I couldn't even begin to guess at who was behind all of it. The identity of the tormentor is heartbreaking, I found myself yelling at the book and cursing. You Can't Hide was a great book; the author delivers yet another great romantic suspense novel.
