Right after her father died Sarah was attacked and raped by a rogue werewolf; she now has a daughter because of the attack. Her sister and her decide that they should follow their late fathers’ wishes and ask to join Wyns' pack. When Wyn shows up to escort them to their new home, he realizes that Sarah is his mate. Wyn has to convince Sarah that he would never hurt her and protect her from the rogue who is intent on coming back and killing Sarah. Sarah has to decide if she can trust Wyn with her love and her daughter. Sarah is a nice leading lady; she has an inner strength and kindness that shines through in everything that she does. She loves her daughter more than anything and while she is afraid of wolves she faces her fear. Wyn is an alpha male, but he has a marshmallow center. He loves Sarahs' daughter from the second he sees her. He does try to keep her safe but he lets her fight some of her own battles. The storyline is engaging and I love the fact that the males in the pack are open minded and don't think less of Sarah because of her fears. I also really loved seeing all these big bad ass wolfs turn to putty when it came to the baby. The fight scenes were not rushed and or confusing. The sex scenes were nice and descriptive without being vulgar. I loved this book and am really looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
