Caged in Darkness (Caged, #1) - J.D. Stroube Review from busymomsbookreviews.comI really liked this book. The beginning is dark and disturbing; it sets the whole tone for the book.Savannah is a strong character and she tries really hard to distance herself from her past. When I started reading about the love triangle I was really mad, I thought hey this doesn’t belong here. So when we find out that the reason she loved both boys was because one dude possessed the boys she loved, I literally yelled "oh my fricking god." To me that was the best part of the book, it made the book go from the normal I love him but I love him to, to holy crap she’s not really a slut. The kids in the book were smart and resourceful and they thought for themselves. The fight scenes were descriptive and interesting. I didn't find any spelling or grammatical errors, but that could have been because I was reading it so fast. I really like the book and I would recommend it for kids fifteen and older.
