Watch Me - Brenda Novak Review from busymomsbookreviews.comWatch Me is the third book in this series and although I liked the book it is my least favorite so far. Sheridan is part of Last Stand and she helps victims. Sheridan was a victim as a teenager and now she is a survivor, when new evidence in the case is found she goes back. I think that this book focused more on the relationship between Cain and Sheridan than anything else. While the relationship was better rounded I felt that the mystery that was a big part of the first two books was pushed aside a little. I still found myself continually guessing who was really responsible, but I felt that there was just something missing and I don't know what it is. Even though I felt that way I still really liked the book. The writing was good and fell at a natural pace. As with the other two books Novak’s descriptions of the characters and situations were so vivid that I was getting images of what was happening.
