When I Find You - Dixie Lee Brown This book was part of a blog tour I received an ARC for my honest review4 1/2 starsDarcy is a nanny, she took a job with a family and by the time she found out they were mafia, she was already in love with the children and wouldn't leave. When her boss sends everyone away, Darcy stays for one more night and ends up seeing the man who may have killed her boss. Now people want her dead and she is on the run for her life. Walker gets a call for a job to find a girl who the mafia is trying to kill, he has to find her and keep her safe. Walker is trying to help Darcy, but she is not sure if she can trust him. With the strong attraction between the two of them they are both off balance. Can Walker keep her safe, will the two of them give into the fiery passion they feel or will the mafia catch both of them? This book hits the ground running, the first pages are full of action that grabbed my attention and kept me immersed in the story. Darcy is sweet and loving with a strong backbone and a tone of fight. Walker is a bit of a broken hero, he has a past that haunts him, but he also has a sensitive side that is adorable. I loved Walkers take charge attitude because it was tempered with knowing when to allow Darcy space and when to force the issue. The plot was interesting there are so many twists and turns that I gave up on guessing and just enjoyed the ride. When I Find You is a great romantic suspense novel, make sure you have plenty of time to read it once you start it you won't be able to stop till the last page is read.
