Blood, Smoke and Mirrors

Blood, Smoke and Mirrors - Robyn Bachar Catherine has been exiled for using her magic defensively and harming someone. When Cat did this she also lost Alexander, now he wants her to challenge for the role of Titania. Cat has to win this or her father an evil man will win and throw the faerie realm in chaos. On top of competing for Titania Cat and Lex have to deal with the feelings and words left unsaid. Cat is interesting, she has a lot of power, and she was unjustly accused of something. While she has been banished she still has some friends who are loyal to her. Lex bugged me, he comes out of nowhere and expects Cat to listen to him and not argue. The storyline was ok, nothing really original. I wanted more background than the book gave, other than those two things the book was an ok read.
